I just received the bezel I ordered and wanted to thank the lovely woman I spoke to after calling the # listed on the website. My coin (5 ruble silver 1980 Olympic Equestrian coin) wasn’t listed as a standard, however within a few minutes she was able to find and customize a bezel that she assured me would fit. She advised it would take about a week longer than your normal turnaround but would be the tiniest bit smaller to best accommodate my coin (and not leave a gap, as my jeweler, whom I had originally approached and asked for them to assist – one of their claims is custom work). Thanks to you, I now have a PERFECT bezel holder and am able to proudly wear my different coin as jewelry. The fit is exact and it’s so nice to know that people still take pride in what they do and go out of their way to assist someone they don’t know to make them so extremely happy. You have a customer for life – many thanks.
